Yes ! I still wish upon a star for a world that knows peace and where people and animals are living in harmony, in a deep, loving connection with each other and connected to Nature as a living whole.

Discovering spirituality, God, the Sacred within everything, the power of being present with the world around me and the world within, has shown me an inner sanctuary of peace & calm, where I can reside when I am mindful of it and which is a balm for my heart whenever life feels overwhelming.

The last 12 years of my life I have been diving deep into the infinite waters of life. I have fought with, learned to accept, and even to ... Love Myself ... ! In the beginning the thought alone would make me shiver, believe me :)

Everything changes once you are able to deeply connect with who you truly are and learn to respect and appreciate yourself. You'll find your heart more at peace with life and you'll feel safe to express yourself into the world, like your soul is meant to.

Nature has been my biggest ally in this quest for radical acceptance, compassion and inner peace. Her nurturing embrace has comforted me when I needed it most and her breathtaking beauty has nourished my soul in sooo many ways !

12 years ago, while living in Belgium, I too was running the rat race and it left me with this restless feeling and an aching heart, feeling trapped and empty, like something important was missing. I longed for real freedom, to spend more time doing the things I love and to be able to live a life in deep connection with nature.

Today, I am fortunate to call home, a magickal valley, nestled in the hillside of Central Portugal.

Today, I love getting lost in the wild beauty that surrounds me; the flower meadows, moss-covered rocks, waving ferns, the meandering river, the waterfalls, and so much more. I disapear in birdsong, cherish the sun on my face and the wind, caressing my skin ...

Nature is a true healer, a balm for the soul !

When I started sharing some of the pictures I took during my walks with family and friends, the impact they seems to have on them made me realise how many people could benefit from these little gems! Not everybody is able to go out into nature whenever they want, or in times when you really need some peace, tranquility and regeneration. I experienced myself how it can soothe the soul and so this is how this website came into being :)
